Using body weight and lightly weighted movements in a circuit fashion is superior for cardio compared to normal cardio (treadmill, elliptical, etc) ... but, there is a time and a place for each form of cardio! Knowing which is best for you, which is best for your clients, is helpful towards creating the best routine to achieve the best results!
