How often in life do you make excuses for yourself? How often, in regards to a specific behavior, do you have to provide reason / rationalization for it? Recognize that every time you give an excuse for it you are accepting it and allowing it to remain the same. In order to grow, in order to address the issue, we must be willing to accept change, and the first step to accepting change is to stop accepting excuses. Call yourself out on your BS and START allowing changes to be made!!!
