With the change in normal exercise habits it can be harder for clients to remain motivated and consistent in their training. As a trainer, our best focus is to ask ourselves "How can I best help?" Instead of focusing on exercises and workout structures, what we often like and find most exciting, can we "think outside the box" and provide more support towards motivation and accountability.
