When wanting to make changes to our lives we all gravitate towards extremes. How can I get what I want as fast as possible? But, the processes that answer the question of fast results don't lead to sustained results. What's gained quickly is lost quickly. We need to instead focus on small daily habits which even though small can lead to the biggest changes.
