We don't want others to see the "mess" of our lives to we hide it and bury it, but, in doing so, we often deny ourselves the opportunity to "clean up that mess" and instead we live in shame and stress. In this podcast we discuss the importance of "cleaning up" our lives so we can live to the fullest and without emotional baggage.
