Yes, mantras are corny... BUT... they make a difference!!! "You find what you look for"... if you start your day with negative thoughts, you will only notice the negative... if you start your day with no direction of thought, your mindset will be controlled by the people and events around you... BUT, if you start the day with a deliberate thought, a thought of improvement, you will find opportunities for improvement throughout your day. "You find what you look for"... so, start the day looking for what you want to find!!!
