In today's health world the amount of information is overwhelming and can leave someone feeling defeated and confused. Our job as trainers is to simplify the information, bring it to a level the client can practically apply to their current life and gain a sense of control and confidence in regards to their health. It's tempting to want to prove knowledge as a trainer through how much you know, however, it's in knowing of what you know is actually important at a per client basis that shows true knowledge.
