Saturday Nov 23, 2019
Saturday Nov 23, 2019
When setting up for an exercise, ensuring you're in the correct position, that correct position then needs to be continually monitored during the entirety of the movement. Too often people assume proper technique is a "set it and forget it" response... once it's set you can then think of other things... and that's NOT TRUE and can lead to injury if not recognized and regulated. In today's podcast we discuss this concept and provide ways in which to teach this concept to either yourself or a client.
