Recognize that every time you give an excuse for it you are accepting it and allowing it to remain the same. In order to grow, in order to address the issue, we must be willing to accept change, and the first step to accepting change is to stop accepting excuses. Call yourself out on your BS and START allowing changes to be made!!!

Just because you may be going for the same goal as someone else (Bikini, Figure, Bodybuilding, Powerlifting, etc...) doesn't mean you're starting at the same place or will need to take the same path. There is 100% need for personalization in your approach so that your approach is what's best for YOU!
