Often in life the things we know we should do, the things we know would be good for us if we did them, aren't things we often "feel like" doing because they'll take effort and require us to do things different than our normal ways. Our feelings towards those types of things are NOT what we should use as determining whether or not we do them... just because we don't "feel like it" shouldn't be a determining factor. If we know they're good for us, whether we feel like it or not, we should just go ahead and do them!
