Podcast #434 - Nutrition - Do You Want to be Right or Do You Want Results?
Tuesday Nov 12, 2019
Tuesday Nov 12, 2019
In today's podcast we ask a simple but hard question... Do you want to be right, or, do you want results? It's sad how many people want to be told they're right rather than to be told what they may be doing wrong and how, if those wrong things are changed, could then lead to the results they've always wanted. They'd rather be right and miserable, than wrong and successful. Don't be one of these people!!!

Podcast #425 - Trainer Education - The Shopping Cart
Sunday Nov 03, 2019
Sunday Nov 03, 2019
Recently, in a grocery store, I watched someone put their cart neatly, and with the best of intentions, away, however, they put it in the wrong place. Regardless of the quality of their intentions, their actions led to nothing. Where in our lives, where with our clients, may we be making the same mistake? We may have the best of intentions, maybe we can create the best single workouts, but, are our intentions, are our workouts leading to big picture progress?

Podcast #421 - Trainer Education - Avoid the False Knowledge Trap
Wednesday Oct 30, 2019
Wednesday Oct 30, 2019
Did you know that as your knowledge grows your confidence actually goes down?!! As you become more aware of what there is to know you also become aware of how much you yet have to learn. That can be scary for a lot of trainers. So, in fear, trainers sometimes stay with only newbie clients because they're safe, and they close their minds to new thoughts and ideas that challenge what they believe to be true. When this happens the trainer stops learning and thus stops improving, but in order to shield themselves from the reality of that situation they'll create a false sense of knowledge and superiority... what a horrible combination!!! Someone who thinks they know everything when in reality they know very little. How can we avoid this mistake for ourselves?
